ABOUT ADVENTURE NETWORKS

Adventure Networks is a young, dynamic and innovative company whose passion is adventure activity in Scotland. Our aim is to become the number one place for customers to find and book adventures, activities and tours and create their perfect trip! 

The idea for Adventure Networks came from our trip to New Zealand, where we had the opportunity to book everything from wine tasting to jet boating! In Queenstown our guest house owners produced a menu of options and booked them on our behalf, saving us so much time and we could just sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that we were booked up for our chosen activities (and after cycle touring from Christchurch to Queenstown in a week we certainly needed the relaxation!). All these activities could be booked online also, and it showed the importance of multiple distribution channels to capitalise on the wide variety of ways that people book tours.

Adventure Networks is operated by an energetic and enthusiastic team headed up by Alison Lapping. She has 15 years sales experience in the corporate environment. With a passion for the outdoors, Alison spends her free time walking (usually with her toddler son in the backpack - extreme walking!), and mountain biking.

We would like to foster collaboration between all stakeholders in the adventure tours and activities market to improve the customer experience and further build on the success of the industry in Scotland.
